Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, design, and testing of complex embedded systems for wellness products.
- Architect robust systems integrating electronics, firmware, sensing, and controls across various environmental elements.
- Design integrated hardware components including PCBAs, control systems, and electro-mechanical interfaces.
- Drive hardware development from schematic design and PCB layout to production-ready systems.
- Develop solutions that are durable and reliable in challenging environments, balancing safety and long-term performance.
- Prototype and iterate on experiences to validate both function and user benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8-10+ years of experience in new product development for consumer products.
- Expertise in embedded systems, including architecture and design of complex electromechanical products.
- Strong fundamentals in mixed-signal analog and digital circuit design.
- Experience with board-level design, component selection, schematic capture, and PCB layout.
- Proficient in real-time embedded systems with microprocessors and microcontrollers, and embedded C/C++.
