Responsibilities
- Design, build, and execute automated unit, integration, and white-box test suites at the code level for complex electromechanical control systems.
- Utilize automated test frameworks (VectorCAST, Google Test, or CppUnit) to build module stubs and run software-specific verification in PC environments.
- Perform static code analysis to identify runtime defects, memory leaks, and logic flaws prior to hardware integration.
- Derive test cases directly from functional and software requirements, ensuring full trace matrix coverage across the software development lifecycle.
- Develop custom Python scripts to automate execution pipelines, test harnesses, and report generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional software development teams in an Agile environment using lifecycle tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
