About the role
Develops foundational software components for robotics and clinical applications, supporting data management, software architecture, testing, and maintenance across pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop shared data management software components for clinical application architectures.
- Participate in software development lifecycle activities, including code reviews, documentation, integration, testing, defect management, and code analysis.
- Implement software components that meet defined requirements and design specifications.
- Maintain and enhance shared software components used across multiple applications.
Requirements
- Experience with C++, Qt, and Linux development environments.
- Experience with Python scripting, SQL, SQLite, and data architecture, including data models, schemas, and databases.
- Experience working with revision control systems, CI/CD practices, unit testing, and JSON.
- Experience with 3D geometry; CAD modeling and mesh processing experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with integrated development environments (IDEs) and build systems.
