Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program. The Design Engineer is responsible for creating and developing innovative product designs, ensuring that they meet both functional and aesthetic requirements while adhering to safety, quality, and performance standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting design analysis, and producing technical drawings and specifications for applicable workcenters. Key Responsibilities Create and develop software using C / C++ linux envoirnmentAbility to work Embedded HardwareSimulation to test the feature validityWork on Test stands and on machine for feature validationCollaborate with engineering teamPrepare technical documentation Experience Required Must currently be pursuing a Bachelors degree for SW EngineerIntern Preferred Qualifications Electrical/Computer Engineer with Embedded programming course Pay Transparency The annual salary for this role is USD $19.57 - $35.02 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
