Embedded Software Engineer (cleared)
Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
Clearance Requirements
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
As a software engineer for Secure Voice Products, you’ll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for developing security software for cutting-edge secure voice products.
Preferred Skills and Experiences
- Software design, development, and test
- C/C++ Development on Linux environment
- Team development using a shared repository (preferably Git)
- Rust Embedded development
- Low-level development (device drivers, boot)
- Agile development
- SELinux experience (policies)
- CI pipelines/CI testing
- Scripting experience (Python/Perl)
- Static analysis
- Ability to follow software development process
- Expertise in applying technical standards and methodologies to solve challenges in creative ways

Pay
Target salary range: USD $118,519.00/Yr. - USD $131,482.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
