Job Summary Seeking an Embedded Engineering Manager Precision Measurement Systems for a high great Automated Test Equipment manufacturer in the North Reading, MA area. The Embedded Engineering Manager would be responsible for driving high-precision digital, DC, and AC/RF electronics from technical capability to repeatable, production-ready measurement accuracy across automated test platforms. Direct instrument performance, system uptime, manufacturing throughput, product quality, and overall customer confidence. Apply now for immediate consideration! location: NORTH READING, Massachusetts job type: Permanent salary: $250,000 - 285,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors Responsibilities Team Leadership & Strategy: Lead, mentor, and direct a team of hardware and software calibration engineers, establishing priorities, delivery expectations, and technical direction while driving engineering rigor and continuous improvement. Roadmap Development: Define the calibration software and algorithm roadmap for high-precision digital, DC, and AC/RF electronics in SOC test systems. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with hardware, software, manufacturing, quality, and product teams to align calibration methods with compliance standards, product specs, and customer applications. Algorithm & Process Automation: Design automated calibration algorithms to maximize measurement accuracy, accelerate cycle times, and enable scalable manufacturing deployment. Embedded Environment Integration: Integrate calibration routines into test software and maintenance platforms using C#-based workflows and related automation tools. Data-Driven Quality Improvement: Analyze calibration data, failure trends, and statistical process controls to eliminate systemic issues, reduce downtime, and increase first-attempt success rates.
