As the leader of our Housekeeping Department, you'll orchestrate the magic that keeps guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and every corner of our hotel spotless and inviting. Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cleanliness across guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and all hotel areas
• Lead, motivate, and elevate the housekeeping team
• Manage rosters, budgets, and behind-the-scenes logistics
• Uphold excellence in standards, safety, and guest privacy
• Connect with other departments for seamless service
• Respond to emergencies with readiness and preparedness
• Create memorable stays through attentive guest service
• Inspect, perfect, and exceed quality expectations
• Manage financial information and analyze complex data

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hospitality or a related field, or a 2-year college degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Supervisory experience required
• Proficient in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing software
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
