Responsibilities
- Review and resolve email support issues, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action. Work follows an email-focused, support-specialized execution profile within the context of brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support.
- Document and elevate branding role documentation with status tracking for email support tasks, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Maintain case management with deadline tracking, ensuring all email support tasks are traceable and unresolved items have clear ownership.
- Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency in email support workflows.
- Coordinate quality control and workflow management to surface repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.
- Apply data accuracy standards without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the email support workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clarity in reasoning within the broader operational context.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when email support tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure role-specific handoffs combine issue resolution, escalation, and exception tracking. Work remains open until these signals are current and traceable.

Pay
Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year.
