What We Need

  • Audio Producer Internship: Working knowledge of Avid Pro Tools, assisting in podcast creation, editing, and publishing.
  • Phone-Op Internship: Writing weekly horoscopes, designing graphics, and assisting with phone operations.
  • Social Media Internship: Writing, pitching, and researching stories for ElvisDurant.com and social media channels, creating graphics, and managing social media strategy.
  • Video Producer Internship: Editing segments, live switching, creating graphics, and assisting with video production for the show.

What You'll Do

  • AUDIO PRODUCER INTERNSHIP: Upload and manage the Elvis Duran On Demand Podcast Channel, create sound bites, best-of clips, and openers for the show.
  • PHONE-OP INTERNSHIP: Write weekly horoscopes, design graphics, and assist with phone operations.
  • SOCIAL MEDIA INTERNSHIP: Write and schedule social posts, assist with online strategy, and create original content videos.
  • VIDEO PRODUCER INTERNSHIP: Edit segments, live switch the show, create video thumbnails and graphics, and assist with off-site shoots.

What You'll Need

  • Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects) knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with a live switcher is a plus.
  • Knowledge of DSLR cameras and Sony cameras is a plus.
  • Profound working knowledge of Avid Pro Tools is a plus.
  • Excellent editing skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Adaptability to shifts in priorities and urgency.
  • Work experience in media field is a plus.
  • Career interest in media industry.
  • Full-time undergraduate students at a four-year college with a minimum 3.2 GPA.
  • Media field of study a plus, e.g., Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Broadcast Journalism.
  • College/university transcript.
  • Letter from the student’s school stating that the student is currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year university.

What You'll Bring

  • Daily assistance with AM show.
  • Daily assistance with social media creation.
  • Task coordination/production assistance of daily program.

Compensation

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. $17.00
