Ellucian Banner Student Functional Consultant / Implementation Consultant
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ellucian Banner Student Functional Consultant / Implementation Consultant with 3-5+ years of Banner experience, including implementation and deployment work on relevant modules.
This role requires the ability to communicate and present to work team stakeholders and project leaders both internally and externally, enabling delivery readiness, problem-solving, and root cause analysis through creativity, critical thinking, and a strong work ethic.
Candidates should demonstrate strong prioritization skills, manage activities based on business impact and time constraints, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines while supporting and demonstrating Ellucian values.
Willingness to grow knowledge across other Ellucian solutions is essential.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a functional consultant for Ellucian Banner Student and Student Financials modules.
- Lead implementation and deployment efforts for Banner solutions.
- Perform problem-solving and root cause analysis to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Communicate and present to stakeholders and project leaders.
- Prioritize tasks based on business impact and deadlines.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience with Ellucian Banner, specifically in implementation and deployment.
- Experience with Banner Student and Student Financials modules.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to expand knowledge across other Ellucian solutions.
