Location: Ledge Street Elementary School • Work year: 2026-2027 school year

Pay

Salary range: $49,000 – $100,386 per school year (contractual, includes benefits)

Qualifications

• New Hampshire certification or eligibility as an English Language Learner Teacher
• ESOL certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver specified course content as a highly qualified teacher
• Use effective differentiation strategies
• Interact positively and professionally with students and parents
• Set high expectations for student learning and engagement
• Plan lessons aligned with grade-level expectations and critical-thinking goals
• Implement instructional strategies that foster an active, meaningful learning climate
• Inspire and empower students in their own learning
• Collaborate regularly with peers to align curriculum and improve instruction
• Pursue continuous professional growth through reflection, new learning, and efficient work habits
• Meet professional obligations, including planning lessons, meeting deadlines, and honoring schedules
