Primary Role Assist Bartender in restocking liquor, ice, glassware, bitters, soda, water, sugar, fruits and anything else the Bartender needsAssess customers' needs and preferences Maintains proficient knowledge of backstock beverages, liquor, glassware, etc Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume Responsibilities Attain and maintain any and all required alcohol and food safety licensingAbility to keep bar appearance to the highest standardsBe able to assist the bartender to identify and prevent guest excessive drinkingMust have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidaysHave knowledge of proper portion control to prevent over pouring, under pouring and loss.Have the ability to multitask in a high volume environmentFill out all checklists, waste sheets and incident reports ‍
