About the role

As a D1 Coach, you’ll be the catalyst for every athlete’s success. You’ll foster a motivating environment, deliver high-energy workouts, and tailor programming to meet individual needs. Whether coaching group classes or personal training sessions, you’ll help athletes of all backgrounds build strength, speed, and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, high-performance environment for all athletes
• Coach group workouts, personal training sessions, and teams
• Modify and adapt movements to suit individual needs and goals
• Assess and align each athlete with the proper program
• Deliver expert guidance on strength, speed, and nutrition
• Teach proper form and technique to reduce injury risk
• Build strong relationships and maintain regular contact with athletes
• Support athletes of all backgrounds, including youth, adults, and female athletes

Qualifications

• Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
• Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA
• Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting
• Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred)
