We are hiring 1–2 elite personal trainers immediately to take over high-value clients already on the schedule in the Peninsula. ✔ One client just committed $10,000 ✔ Active clients in Daly City + Half Moon Bay ✔ More leads coming in weekly. If you live near South San Francisco, San Bruno, or Pacifica, this is your opportunity to own this territory.
Responsibilities
- Train clients in their homes (Daly City → Half Moon Bay corridor)
- Build long-term relationships
- Own a high-income route of clients
- Be part of a structured, high-performance system
- Clients are already sold – no lead chasing
- Structured system facilitates easier renewals
- Nutrition team support increases results & retention
- Clear path to leadership (Team Lead → Manager)
Requirements
- Certified trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
- Reliable vehicle
- Willing to drive the Peninsula

Pay
- Base pay: $40–$60 per session
- $500+ bonuses for 6‑month renewals
- 2% commission on all other renewals
- Performance bonuses + session volume incentives
