Responsibilities

• Generate appointments for our sales team through face-to-face homeowner interactions
• Work outdoors with a high-energy team
• Learn advanced communication and persuasion skills
• Compete daily and weekly for bonuses, incentives, and recognition
• Develop leadership skills that translate into future management opportunities
• No sales closing required. Your job is to create opportunities and set qualified appointments.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to walk several miles daily
• Comfortable working outdoors
• The use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication, scheduling, and operational needs
