ELITE Cashier

Position Summary

The ELITE Cashier is responsible for delivering an exceptional, high-energy customer experience that goes beyond basic service. This role is the face of the restaurant—focused on hospitality, positivity, and creating memorable interactions with every guest. An ELITE Cashier not only takes orders accurately and efficiently but also engages customers, resolves concerns, and drives sales through suggestive selling and upselling. Success in this role means every customer leaves satisfied—and impressed.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and take food orders accurately
• Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments efficiently
• Provide excellent hospitality by answering menu questions and making order suggestions
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace by following health and safety guidelines
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Work as part of a team to create a seamless guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable handling customer concerns and problem-solving
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Stand for long periods
• Lift up to 25 lbs
• Bend, reach, and move throughout shift

Pay

A $0.50 raise will be given to employees once they are certified as an ELITE Cashier.
