About the role

HomeWell Care Services is hiring dependable caregivers and CNAs who treat caregiving as a profession, not an occasional commitment. We are looking for people who show up on time, communicate clearly, honor the schedules they accept, and provide high-quality care in clients' homes.

Your availability matters—apply for the days, times, and locations you can work consistently. Be prepared to provide your weekly availability during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and independence
• Prepare meals and provide light household support as assigned
• Offer companionship and respectful emotional support
• Follow the care plan and report changes or concerns promptly
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the HomeWell team

Requirements

• Dependable, punctual, and prepared for every accepted shift
• Treat caregiving as important work and take pride in doing it well
• Communicate early and responsibly when a concern arises
• Respect client privacy, preferences, and dignity
• Have reliable transportation and can travel to selected service areas (Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Lake Wylie, Clover, York, Indian Land, Lancaster & Rock Hill)
• Caregiving experience or CNA certification is required

Pay

$14–$17/hour

Schedule

• Monday through Sunday | 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Available shifts: Days, Evenings & Weekends
• Shift lengths: 2–12 hours (based on client needs)
