Eligibility Specialist (Hybrid)
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections with real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc as headings; fold minor metadata into short
or drop it. We need to preserve all substantive information, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove lines like "Job Posting End Date: September 23, 2026 at 11:59pm CST", "Hiring range: ..."? Actually pay info is substantive; we need Pay section if present. The posting includes "Hiring range: $57,262.40 to $77,292.80 ($27.53 to $37.16 per hour)." Also later "Pay & Benefits" section with salary schedule etc. So we should include Pay and Benefits sections. We need to include About the role (maybe from Position Description). Responsibilities (Job Duties And Responsibilities). Qualifications (Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed; Preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Needed). Skills maybe part of Qualifications. Benefits: we have "24 days of paid flexible time off and up to 12.5 holidays your first year." Also "Comprehensive insurance, including medical, dental, vision, flex benefits and more at link", "Medical and dental clinic exclusive to employees", "Pension plan and other retirement investment options." Also "Advancement/professional development opportunities." Also "Work-life balance". So Benefits section. Schedule: The posting includes "Expected work hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m." Also "This is a full-time, non-exempt, hybrid position." Also "This position may be eligible for flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work, with some days working remotely and some days working in the office." So we can include Schedule section with those details. We must not include sections with filler like "Pay" if not specific; but we have specifics. We must not include "Job ID / requisition numbers as headings". We can include them in a short
maybe as metadata. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a
with something like "Requisition ID: 73664" maybe but it's minor. Could drop it entirely. Probably better to drop it to keep only substantive info. But we could include a short
with location etc. However location is substantive (Work Location). So we need a section for Work Location? Not listed as a standard heading but we could include under About the role or maybe a separate section like "Work Location". The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use for section headings (e.g. ...)". Likely we should stick to those headings only. So we need to map content to those headings.
Thus:
- About the role: Position Description paragraph(s) about Anoka County Job Training Center, role purpose, full-time non-exempt hybrid, etc.
- Responsibilities: list of duties from Job Duties And Responsibilities.
- Requirements: maybe Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed.
- Qualifications: maybe Preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Needed plus education/experience.
- Skills: maybe we can combine with Qualifications; but we need to avoid thin sections. Could merge Skills into Qualifications. But we need to decide: we can have Qualifications and Skills separate if there is distinct content. The posting has "Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed" and "Preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Needed". That's both qualifications and skills. Could treat Requirements as minimum, Qualifications as preferred, Skills maybe not needed separately. But we need to output only sections with real specific content. We could output Requirements (minimum) and Qualifications (preferred) and maybe Skills not needed. However the instruction list includes Skills as an example heading; we can omit if not needed.
- Benefits: list of benefits.
- Pay: salary range and hourly.
- Schedule: work hours, hybrid, full-time.
We must not include fluff like "commensurate with experience". We have specific numbers.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same info.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:

Schedule
Full-time, non-exempt hybrid position. Expected work hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with flexible work arrangements allowing some remote and some on‑site days.
We also need to include Work Location maybe? Not in headings list; but we could fold into About the role or Schedule. The location is substantive: "Blaine Human Services Center, located at 1201 89th Ave NE, Blaine, MN 55434." Could add a shortunder About the role or after Schedule. Perhaps add a
under About the role after the description: include location. But we already have About the role paragraph; we could add another
for location. However that might be considered separate section? It's okay to have multiple
under same heading. Let's add after the About the role paragraph:
Work location: Blaine Human Services Center, 1201 89th Ave NE, Blaine, MN 55434.
We must not include duplicated lines like "Job Posting End Date", "Hiring range:" (we used Pay). Also we should not include "Interviews will take place the week of September 28th" - that's process detail maybe not needed? It's substantive but not under headings; could be included in About the role or maybe as a note. But the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that info somewhere. Where? Could add aunder About the role or maybe under Schedule? It's about interview timing. Could add a short note under About the role: "Interviews will take place the week of September 28th for those selected to move forward in the hiring process." That's substantive. Also "Applications must be received by the closing deadline of 11:59pm on 09/23/2026" is application instruction; we should remove application instructions per instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we drop that. Also "Pre-employment Requirements" etc is boilerplate? Might be considered legal/EEO? It's about background check etc. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's substantive? The instruction says remove legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Pre-employment requirements like background check, drug screen, DOT physical might be considered legal boilerplate. Safer to remove. Also "About Anoka County" paragraph is substantive about mission; could be included under About the role maybe as additional paragraph. But we already have About the role focusing on the role; we could add another paragraph about Anoka County mission. That's substantive. We need to preserve all substantive information except boilerplate. So we should include the mission statement. Thus About the role could have multiple paragraphs: first about role, second about location, third about interview timing, fourth about Anoka County mission. Let's craft. Check for any other substantive info: "This position may be eligible for flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work, with some days working remotely and some days working in the office." Already in Schedule. "Expected work hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m." Already. "This is a full-time, non-exempt, hybrid position." Already. "Advancement opportunities exist for individuals motivated to move up within Anoka County." Could be under Benefits (advancement) already we have "Advancement and professional development opportunities." Good. "Come join our team at Anoka County where you can serve your community while enjoying the benefits of work-life balance!" That's fluff but we have work-life balance benefit. "In order to be considered for this position, information to support your answers must be included in your application. A resume attachment is optional and cannot be used in place of this application." That's application instruction; remove. "Position Description" heading we used content
