Responsibilities
- Reviewing applicant files to determine if a household is income qualified to live at an affordable community.
- Working closely with on-site staff to accomplish tasks.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience with the knowledge of affordable multi-family property management.
- Compliance adherence and the affordable application process.
- Strong working knowledge of tax credit compliance, including knowledge and understanding of the HUD 4350.3.
- Property Management experience working on a tax credit or Project-based Section 8 Property is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and strong mathematical ability.
Criminal History Record
Continued employment will be contingent upon the satisfactory results of a thorough Criminal History Record Check(s).
Capstone does not employ individuals who have been convicted of misdemeanor or felony offenses involving:
- Illegal drug use,
- Public indecency,
- Theft,
- Crimes against persons or property.
In special situations, exceptions to the "no criminal history" policy may be made, depending on the nature of the crime, how long ago the crime occurred, the total number of crimes committed, and other factors.
Drug Screening
Continued employment will be contingent upon the satisfactory results of a Drug Screen Test.
Capstone does not employ individuals who test positive for illegal drug use or alcohol abuse.
