Experience & Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to scheduled appointments
• Communicate insurance coverage and financial responsibilities to patients and families
• Maintain accurate insurance records within the practice management system
• Collaborate with insurance providers to resolve eligibility and coverage questions
• Collaborate with front office and billing teams to ensure accurate patient information
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements

• Previous dental or medical insurance verification experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
