About the role
Elevate USA provides a relationship-based youth development program designed to support students through five core components:
- Accredited Classes – Students participate in classes during the school day that focus on life skills, character development, leadership, and personal growth.
- Transformational Mentoring – Students build meaningful relationships with Teacher-Mentors who provide consistent support, encouragement, and guidance throughout the school year.
- Adventure Activities – Students participate in experiential learning opportunities that expose them to new environments, build confidence, and encourage teamwork and personal development.
- College and Career Readiness – Students explore post-secondary pathways through career awareness activities, workforce readiness experiences, college exploration, FAFSA support, scholarship assistance, and goal-setting opportunities.
- Family Engagement – Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate in events, activities, and communications that strengthen the connection between students, families, schools, and the program.

Member Duties : Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid Teacher-Mentors with elementary and middle school programs, including recreational, mentoring, and adventure activities.
- Serve as a positive peer role model, especially to younger students.
- Provide support during weekend and summer programming, including events, trips, and family engagement activities.
- Build leadership skills by taking responsibility for small-group supervision.
- Maintain accurate timesheets and complete service reflections as assigned.
