About the role

Responsibilities

• Teach grade-level curriculum aligned with state standards
• Develop and implement lesson plans that foster student engagement and learning
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly

• Support students' social and emotional development

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain a valid Connecticut State Teaching Certificate
• Experience working with students in grades K-6 is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other educators and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree in Education or related field preferred
• At least one year of teaching experience preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning

Pay

(Contingent on degree and years of experience) 26-27 School Year: $53,220 - $108,047

Schedule
