Elementary Teacher – Grade 3

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction in literacy, mathematics, science, and social studies
• Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners
• Foster a safe, inclusive classroom grounded in social-emotional learning
• Use assessment data to inform instruction and monitor student progress
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
• Collaborate with grade-level teams, specialists, and administration
• Participate in school events, professional development, and faculty responsibilities

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with project-based or inquiry-based learning

Education

• 4 Year Degree

Applicant Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field
• Elementary teaching experience preferred
