Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that foster student learning and development
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth and success
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Manage classroom behaviors and maintain a safe, respectful learning space
- Adapt instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special educational requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
Requirements
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, certification as a teacher, and a demonstrated commitment to working with young people. Experience in a K-12 setting is preferred, but not required.
