Key Responsibilities
- Create a positive, engaging, and student-centered classroom environment that supports academic achievement and social-emotional growth.
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction in literacy, mathematics, science, and social studies.
- Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners.
- Foster a safe, inclusive classroom grounded in social-emotional learning.
- Use assessment data to inform instruction and monitor student progress.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with grade-level teams, specialists, and administration.
- Participate in school events, professional development, and faculty responsibilities.

Applicant Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field.
- Elementary teaching experience preferred.
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
SALARY REQUIREMENTS
$50,000 to $58,000
