Teaching in a Dual or Bilingual Program and Differentiating for various student needs.

Responsibilities

• Teach English in a Dual or Bilingual Program setting.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Engage students in active learning experiences.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective lesson plans.
• Evaluate student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain the certification requirements as established by Connecticut State Statutes.
• Experience teaching in a Dual or Bilingual Program.
• Ability to differentiate instruction for various student needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction strategies.
• Experience with technology integration in the classroom.
