About the role

We are seeking passionate educators to fill various teaching and administrative positions across Michigan K-12 schools. These roles support alternative certification pathways, helping professionals transition into education careers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction in assigned subject areas and grade levels.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state curriculum standards.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success.
• Participate in professional development and alternative certification training programs.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by school leadership (e.g., committee work, extracurricular supervision).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated subject-matter expertise (for teaching roles).
• Commitment to pursuing Michigan teacher certification through an alternative pathway.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet Michigan Department of Education requirements.
