About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team in a K-12 alternative certification program. This role is ideal for professionals looking to transition into education and make a meaningful impact on students' lives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Utilize innovative teaching strategies to engage students in the learning process.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to create a supportive learning environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- Adhere to state and district educational standards and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (required).
- Commitment to pursuing alternative certification in education (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience working with K-12 students (preferred but not required).
