About the role

Hope Ranch Learning Academy is a private Christian school in Hudson, Florida, serving students with unique abilities. We are seeking an Elementary Lead Teacher who is passionate about education and has strong classroom command.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement creative lesson plans.
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
• Assess student progress and modify instruction as needed.
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
• Provide support to families of students.
• Attend Service Plan meetings and other meetings related to student's education.
• Develop Teaching Assistants to be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or Related Field (Required).
• Teaching Certification (Required).
• 3 years+ Teaching Experience (Required).
• Experience Working with Students with Disabilities (Preferred).

Qualifications

• Ability to Pass a Level 2 Background Check.

Pay

$45,000.00 - $50,000 per year (based on certifications and experience).

Schedule

Monday - Friday; 8am - 4pm.

Education

Bachelor's Degree (Required) - In the Field of Education (preferred).

Experience

Teaching: 3 years+ (Required).

Licenses/Certifications

Valid Florida Teaching License (Required).
