Elementary Teacher

About the role

The elementary teacher will provide guidance and instructional experiences that are academically and developmentally appropriate for each student assigned to that classroom.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic and developmental guidance to students in an elementary classroom setting.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum standards.
• Mentor and support other teachers within the school.
• Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to enhance educational outcomes.

Requirements

• Valid teaching license at the applicable level.
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• At least 2 years of successful teaching experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
