About the role

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction in assigned subject areas and grade levels.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Commitment to pursuing Michigan teacher certification through an alternative pathway.
- Demonstrated subject-matter expertise (e.g., through prior work experience, coursework, or certifications).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet Michigan Department of Education requirements.
Qualifications
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience (preferred but not required).
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Familiarity with Michigan’s educational standards and frameworks.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools.
