Elementary School Teacher (Tutor)

Educational Services Florida (ESF) is looking for an elementary teacher to provide one-on-one tutoring and homeschool support to students in the Eustis / Lake County area. At ESF, we believe education should be designed around the child — not the other way around. Many of our families chose homeschooling because a traditional classroom wasn't the right fit: their child was struggling academically or socially, has learning differences, ADHD, or autism, or simply learns better one-on-one. Our teachers partner with families to deliver personalized, hands-on, creative instruction at the student's level and pace, building real confidence along the way. Lessons take place in the student's home, and families are true partners in the plan. ESF is an approved Step Up for Students provider, and many of our families attend at no out-of-pocket cost through the scholarship. What you'll do:- Provide one-on-one instruction and homeschool support to elementary students (subjects across the elementary curriculum)- Teach in students' homes in the Eustis area, on a set weekly schedule- Complete a brief daily report after each session- Communicate progress with the ESF team and the family What we're looking for:- Teaching experience at the elementary level (Florida teaching certification preferred)- A heart for students who struggle in traditional classrooms — including learning differences, ADHD, and autism- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Pay: $30/hour, with additional pay when teaching more than one student in a session. Sessions are scheduled in advance — no last-minute calls. Learn more about us: https://educationalservicesfl.comTo apply, submit your application here: https://form.jotform.com/262511579333054
