Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans and instructional strategies to enhance student learning.
• Use data to identify areas for improvement and set clear, measurable goals for student achievement.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to refine teaching methods and stay current with educational trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a supportive learning environment for all students.
• Ensure all students meet or exceed grade-level standards in core content areas and non-academic goals.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• Experience working with school-aged children in an academic or youth development setting.
• Strong background in Mathematics and/or ELA instructional tactics relevant to the grade band.
• Proven ability to achieve high standards of student performance.

Pay

Competitive salary starting at $80,000, with a full-time pay range of $80,000 - $115,000 USD.
