Elementary School Teacher

About the Role

An Elementary Teacher will accept the philosophy of Cadence Education and work as part of the teaching team to encourage a positive learning environment for all students within the center. This role is dedicated to leading and supporting the ongoing development of students for the 2025 - 2026 school year.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans that provide everything needed to build a strong foundation for students.
• Provide social interaction and developmentally appropriate skill-based activities to help students thrive now and in the future.
• Encourage and model positive social behavior and expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, academically appropriate environment that provides a space for students to excel.
• Adhere to enhanced safety measures.
• Communicate regularly with parents.
• Collaborate with other passionate teachers and leaders to implement an engaging, challenging, and developmentally appropriate curriculum.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• High level of flexibility and willingness to adapt to change.
• Ability to adhere to a consistent 5-day-a-week schedule.
• Demonstrated professionalism and classroom management skills.
• Previous experience as an Elementary teacher preferred.
