Responsibilities

• Teach science to a classroom of 20+ students
• Develop and implement lessons based on a proven curriculum
• Engage students in scientific thinking and curiosity
• Assess and analyze data to chart students' growth and achievement
• Collaborate with peers and mentors to sharpen communication and problem-solving skills
• Participate in professional development opportunities
• Grow as a leader and potentially transition into school leadership roles

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy
• A rigorous and relevant academic major (e.g., biology, chemistry, physics, engineering)
• Ability to work in person in New York City

Pay

Exact Compensation May Vary Based On Skills And Experience. Compensation Range $65,000 - $75,000 USD
