About the role

The successful candidate will lead a team of educators in providing a high-quality education to students in grades K-5. Responsibilities include developing and implementing educational programs, managing school operations, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing educational programs aligned with district goals
• Managing school operations including budgeting, scheduling, and facilities management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Michigan teaching certification
• At least 3 years of experience as an elementary principal or assistant principal
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate staff
• Experience with data-driven decision making and continuous improvement

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
