Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the implementation of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to improve student outcomes.
• Provide professional development opportunities for educators.
• Evaluate and adjust instructional strategies based on data.
• Support the development and maintenance of effective communication channels with parents and guardians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Valid California teaching credential or equivalent certification.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of educational theories and practices.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of federal and state education laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
