Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the implementation of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to improve student outcomes.
- Provide professional development opportunities for educators.
- Evaluate and adjust instructional strategies based on data.
- Support the development and maintenance of effective communication channels with parents and guardians.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Valid California teaching credential or equivalent certification.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of educational theories and practices.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of federal and state education laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
