Join Cosmo 1:1, the premier online learning platform connecting K-12 students with tutors from top US and Canadian universities and colleges for personalized lessons. As a tutor, you will have a flexible schedule and teach math, ELA, and SAT classes using provided learning plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 instruction for students
• Update availability in the Cosmo App
• Prepare lesson materials for student age and ability
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson
• Communicate professionally with parents and students
• Attend classes on time and in a professional setting
• Communicate with Cosmo staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years of teaching experience in grades K-12 in math
• Experience with K-12 Math standards
• Teaching license preferred but not required
• Fast and reliable internet connection
• Access to a Windows or Mac PC with a minimum CPU of 6000
• Able to commit to 6 months of teaching with Cosmo 1:1
• Available between 3-10 PM EST Monday through Friday or during weekends
• Minimum of 20 hours of availability weekly
• Private and quiet location available
• Passion for helping students learn
