We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes: About Sankofa Montessori (intro), then location), then sections: Planning and Instruction, Classroom Culture, Family Communication, Professional Development and Relationships, What Teaching Looks Like at Sankofa Montessori (and How You’re Supported), Requirements (with subheadings QUALIFICATIONS maybe), Benefits (with subheadings COMPENSATION, Supports). We need to use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map sections accordingly. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content. So we can have sections: About Sankofa Montessori (maybe as About the role? but we can use About Sankofa Montessori as heading). However the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests we can use those exact headings, but we can also use other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those headings if applicable. We have content that matches: About the role (intro about school), Responsibilities (planning and instruction, classroom culture, family communication, professional development, what teaching looks like), Requirements (qualifications), Benefits (compensation, supports). Pay and Schedule not present, so we omit those sections. We should not create Pay or Schedule sections because not stated. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we can list bullet points. For requirements we can list bullet points. For benefits we can list bullet points. We need to use

for prose. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information: location, mission, etc. Let's extract content: Intro: About Sankofa Montessori Sankofa Montessori embarked on its educational journey as a public charter school, receiving its charter from the Georgia State Charter School Commission in 2021. We officially opened our doors in July 2023, starting our adventure with Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grades. Supports - A dedicated coach with a track record of success with students - A daily planning period and weekly student early release for teacher collaboration, student work analysis, and peer professional development. - Materials needed to be successful in your classroom, including teacher/student supplies/laptops, etc. We need to decide headings: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (maybe combine Planning and Instruction, Classroom Culture, Family Communication, Professional Development and Relationships, What Teaching Looks Like...). Could split into multiple subheadings but instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine all duties under Responsibilities. However we have distinct categories; maybe we can keep them as subheadings under Responsibilities using

    ? But they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So only those specific headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they want us to use those headings if we have content for them. So we should have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits. Possibly Skills if separate but we can merge into Qualifications. We'll not create Skills separate. Thus:

    About the role

with intro paragraph (including location maybe as

    ).

    Responsibilities

    with
    • items covering all duty bullets from Planning and Instruction, Classroom Culture, Family Communication, Professional Development and Relationships, What Teaching Looks Like (the supportive description maybe also responsibilities). We need to preserve all substantive info; we can include the descriptive paragraphs as

inside responsibilities? But they said use

for prose. So we can have a

for the introductory sentence about teaching being demanding etc, then a

for bullet list of duties. But we also have bullet list under "What Teaching Looks Like at Sankofa Montessori (and How You’re Supported)" which includes both prose and bullet points. We'll treat the introductory sentences as prose (

) and the bullet points as

. Similarly for Requirements we can have

          Requirements

          then maybe a

          intro? Then

for qualifications list. For Benefits we can have

            Benefits

            then maybe a

            intro about compensation philosophy then

for specific benefits (TRS, 403(b), health benefits, supports). The supports could be another
or we can include as list items. We must not include boilerplate EEO etc. Let's craft. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll produce:
