Foster curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning in 5th/6th grade students.

Responsibilities

• Create dynamic lesson plans aligned with educational standards.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents/guardians.
• Design a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment.
• Absorb and adapt to new technologies to enhance teaching methods.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum and school culture.
• Participate in school events and activities.
• Complete additional duties as assigned to ensure an exceptional student experience.
• Maintain accurate, complete, legible, and correct records as required by law, district policy, and administrative regulation.
• Take necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in education or related field. Teacher certification preferred.
• Experience: Teaching elementary grades.
• Skills: Strong classroom management and communication skills. Excellent communication and technology skills.
