A passionate and dedicated elementary teacher to join our dynamic team for a Grade 3 classroom.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lessons that align with curriculum standards and promote literacy skills development
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that supports differentiated learning needs and encourages student participation
• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
• Integrate technology and diverse resources to enhance learning experiences

Requirements

• Dual NYS certification preferred: Elementary/Childhood Education
• NYSED Fingerprint Clearance

Pay

Salary range: $63,872 - $90,453, based on the Eastchester Teachers' Association (ETA) negotiated salary schedule. Step placement contingent upon prior related experience.

Schedule

10-month, probationary position.
