About the Role

We are seeking dedicated educators to fill various K-12 teaching and administrative positions across Michigan. These roles support alternative certification pathways for professionals transitioning into education.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality instruction aligned with state standards and district curriculum.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to diverse student needs.
  • Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success.
  • Participate in professional development and alternative certification training programs.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the school or district (e.g., committee work, extracurricular supervision).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Commitment to pursuing Michigan teacher certification through an alternative route.
  • Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in the area of assignment (e.g., math, science, special education).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and meet state certification requirements.
