Responsibilities
- Supporting HR initiatives and policies
- Administering employee benefits programs
- Managing employee relations and conflict resolution
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Compliance with federal and state labor laws
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in HR
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Understanding of employment law and regulations
