What You'll Do
- Lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate soccer classes for elementary-aged children
- Teach fundamental soccer skills while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and respect
- Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment using positive reinforcement
- Ensure the safety and well-being of every participant throughout each class
- Follow Super Soccer Stars curriculum while bringing your own enthusiasm and personality to every session
- Build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and school staff while representing the Super Soccer Stars brand with professionalism
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a sports, coaching, education, childcare, or camp setting
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping kids build confidence through sports
- An energetic, positive personality with the ability to engage and motivate children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work at least three weekdays from 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM
- Additional morning coaching opportunities are available
- Reliable transportation to travel between program locations
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
