Responsibilities
- Execute processes used in the fabrication of Nuvotronics’ PolyStrata® technology;
- Assist Engineering with DOEs, data collection and analysis, and continual process improvement.
- Process product in order of Nuvotronics’ priorities and per Work Instructions and/or Run Card.
- Manage the flow of product and priorities through their process area.
- Inspect processed product using a microscope according to the Work Instructions and/or Run Card.
- Perform and record both product and SPC measurements according to the Work Instructions and/or Run Card.
- Ensure all production equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated per quality and production standards.
- Perform basic tool upkeep and process area tasks.
- Identify, report, and document any non-conforming product, process or equipment.
- Support Nuvotronics’ product development efforts, where applicable.
- Adhere to internal and external process standards and quality systems.
- Troubleshoot and correct failures requiring moderate levels of skill for solution.
- Communicate progress and record relevant data utilizing intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Requirements
- Associate or 2-year degree in science, math or engineering field recommended.
- 2+ years’ experience in microelectronics manufacturing, military technical training, or equivalent.
- Must be eligible to obtain a DOD Security clearance.
- Able to work in a clean room for extended periods of time, lift up to 25 lbs frequently, and stand or walk most of a shift.
- Good leadership, strong oral and writing communication skills.
Preferred
- Hands on chemical/PPE experience
- Evaporator and Sputter equipment experience
- Microsoft office experience
Pay
Cubic Pay Range $22.00 - $27.00 + benefits.
