Electronics Test Engineer

About the Role

Developing test software for engine electronics controls systems and supporting operational requirements for manufacturing electronic engine control products. The role includes technical diagnostic support, documenting investigation details, and driving investigations to successful conclusions. You will serve as the technical interface between operations and engineering functions for new product introduction and mature product continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop test software for engine electronics controls systems.
• Support operational requirements for manufacturing electronic engine control products.
• Provide technical diagnostic support and document investigation details.
• Drive investigations to a successful conclusion.
• Serve as the technical interface between operations and engineering for new product introduction and continuous improvements.
• Fault-find electronic control products to component level and determine root cause solutions to prevent recurrence through test, design, build, or supplier quality in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Knowledge of DO-160.
• Experience with electronics design and test development of electronics measurement equipment and products.
• Knowledge of NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand.
• Experience in automated test equipment design and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science or related field.

Pay

Salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 per annum.
