About the role

Analyze and interpret M.C. Dean drawing packages to assess constructability and ensure accuracy and completeness.

Verify correct charges in timesheets on projects, execute installation and maintenance activities within planned durations.

Track and inventory tools, conduct consistent tool inspections and perform tool inventory at the end of each day for assigned tools and equipment.

Participate in 10-minute daily ORM meetings, ensuring team compliance with safety requirements.

Participate in PITCO plan creation and build out, executing PITCO plan to include testing to verify high quality.

Install system raceway, cabling, equipment racks, enclosures, panels, and all mounting hardware components, ensuring proper grounding and adherence to NEC standards.

Terminate, test, and configure electronic devices, network and IT equipment.

Rack and stack head end equipment, terminate and perform cable terminations and accessories associated with industry standards.

Communicate consistently with M.C. Dean Project Teams, exhibiting dedication, punctuality, and preparedness for work.

Act as a collaborative teammate, providing and absorbing constructive feedback with both internal and external customers in a positive manner.

Plan and prioritize tasks effectively, understanding and embodying the M.C. Dean vision, mission, and values.

Survey and document existing field conditions, providing feedback and recommendations to the project team.

Responsibilities

  • Tracks and inventories tools, conducts consistent tool inspections and performs tool inventory at the end of each day for assigned tools and equipment.
  • Participates in 10-minute daily ORM meetings, ensuring team compliance with safety requirements.
  • Participates in PITCO plan creation and build out, executing PITCO plan to include testing to verify high quality.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Requires 4+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.

Qualifications

  • Citizenship clearance required.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs.
  • Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems (optional).
  • Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or Electrical Apprenticeship program (optional).
  • 3 years of the above experience must be focused in electronic security systems.
  • Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills (optional).
