Electronics Production Operator

About the Role

We're seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals with manufacturing or production experience to join our Electronics Production Team in Middletown, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills while gaining valuable experience in producing electrical and electronic components.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to manufacture electronic and electrical components.
• Load, position, and process materials using manufacturing machinery.
• Assemble and handle small electronic components and parts.
• Follow work instructions, diagrams, and production procedures.
• Inspect finished products for defects, accuracy, and quality.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues.
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment as needed.
• Maintain production efficiency while meeting daily output goals.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workstation.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Comfortable operating machinery and working with production equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to identify equipment or quality issues.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, and established procedures.
• Comfortable handling small parts and performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics manufacturing, electrical assembly, quality inspection, or automated production is a plus.

Pay

$21.25 per hour

Schedule

2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
