Electronics / PCB Rework Technician

3+ years of electronics assembly or PCB rework experience Strong SMT and through-hole soldering skills (IPC standards preferred) Ability to read schematics, drawings, and work instructions Experience with microscopes, hand tools, and basic measurement equipment Familiarity with cable assembly, crimping, stripping, and wire termination Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented lab environment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting engineering labs or validation teams Basic understanding of electronics troubleshooting and circuit fundamentals Physical and Work Requirements Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods Manual dexterity for fine-pitch soldering and small component handling Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs as needed
