Electronics Engineering Technologist (EET)

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PCB assemblies and electronic systems at the component level
• Conduct functional and performance testing using oscilloscopes, DVMs, and diagnostic tools
• Provide technical support to production teams and collaborate with engineers on improvements
• Document test procedures, repairs, and results
• Perform quality control checks to ensure high product standards

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of electronic and electrical system function and concepts
• 2+ years in electronics assembly, testing, or repair
• Skilled in surface mount soldering and component rework
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 standards
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and reliability
